Matt and Caleb Johnson have been working together their entire lives. The two brothers are self-thought welders working together in a custom fabrication shop in Austin called Mill Scale Metal Works. These crazy dudes are building custom barbecue smokers and other fire based cooking devices for some of the biggest names in barbecue.
Now, it’s WarPigs’ turn. We get one of their biggest smoker ever made shipped to Copenhagen. In the picture you see our beauty and we can’t wait to set some white oak on fire and smoke brisket, ribs, shoulder or what else there is to slow cook!
