Bar Manager

Call to arms! We’re looking for a full time and experienced Bar Manager.

If you see yourself as a natural leader in a bar providing the best possible service while motivating your staff for the same. On top of this you are able to delegate responsibilities and pass on experience while not being afraid of getting your hands dirty, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Bar Manager is responsible for everything related to the bar. Working along side the Brewery to perfect the tap list and keep up with demand. While being the lead in the bar during the busy service to ensure a certain standard and make sure professionalism, excellent service and good atmosphere goes hand in hand.

You must therefore have:

– Strong leadership skills

– An outgoing personality and understanding of service

– Ability to multi-task and solve problems on hand during busy service

– Good organizational skills

Administrative responsibilities:

– Managing processes of cleaning/maintaining the bar as well as the back area

– Ordering of beverages, snacks and utilities needed for the bar

– Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Mikkeller HQ and Three Floyds

– Maintaining the processes of the Social Media profile

– Coordinating events and releases

Floor Manager

Every man and woman on deck! We’re looking for a full time Floor Manager.

Do you have the skills of managing large groups of guests and possess natural leader qualities?

Then maybe you’re the right fit for us.

As a Floor Manager you work the busy service and ensure the best guest experience while leading the flag for the staff to do the same.

You keep a cool head in busy situations and are able to delegate your team’s responsibilities and alter them last minute if need be.

As our Floor Manager you must have:

– Strong leadership skills

– An outgoing personality and understanding of service

– Ability to multi-task and solve problems on hand during busy service

Administrative and hands-on responsibilities:

– Daily reporting to Mikkeller HQ and Three Floyds

– Daily managing of opening and closing procedures

– Maintaining the daily / weekly SoMe posts
